Welcome to Zen Minds Psychiatry & Sleep Medicine

College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring unique challenges that affect both mental health and sleep. At Zen Minds Psychiatry & Sleep Medicine, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the needs of college and graduate students.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, or other sleep disorders, our goal is to help you regain balance, improve academic performance, and enhance your overall well-being.

Led by a dual board-certified psychiatrist and sleep medicine physician, trained at Mayo Clinic and currently affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital/ Harvard Medical School, our practice offers comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans that address both psychiatric symptoms and sleep health, recognizing that the two are closely connected.

We offer a supportive, confidential environment with flexible in-person and telehealth appointments, helping students thrive both in and out of the classroom.
