Dr. Kelly Zbojovsky is the Founder and Director of Zbojovsky Cognitive Behavioral Consulting, LLC and the Co-Founder of A to Z Cognitive Behavioral Consulting, LLC, which provide comprehensive evidence-based therapy and consultation to children, adolescents, adults, families, and organizations.
Dr. Zbojovsky is a clinical psychologist licensed in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then went on to Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Zbojovsky’s clinical training included working with a range of psychopathology in outpatient and acute inpatient settings. Her graduate research focused on risk and resiliency factors in adolescence and the role of evidence-based practices to help youth and families promote positive development.
During her two-year postdoctoral fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Dr. Zbojovsky’s clinical training focused on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Dr. Zbojovsky was intensively trained in the application of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to children, adolescents, and adults, and she served as a primary therapist for a research study conducting Dialectical Behavioral Therapy adapted for children (DBT-c). Currently, Dr. Zbojovsky works in her private practice with a mission to make an impactful change in the lives of individuals struggling with mood, behavior, and relationship difficulties. Her clinical areas of interest include preventative interventions, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, anxiety and mood disorders, social skills development, and parenting and family interventions.
