Many of the students I work best with are navigating stress, anxiety, or big life changes and want a safe place to sort through their feelings. Some are high achievers who feel pressure to “have it all together,” while others are figuring out who they are and how to build healthy relationships. I also connect well with students who may feel different, whether because of culture, identity, or personal experiences, and who want a counselor who will listen without judgment.
