I help individuals cultivate self-insight, foster healthier relationships, and grow into more grounded, authentic versions of themselves. My work is centered on helping you recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs — and how your past may still be influencing your present. Together, we’ll explore how to rework your self-perception, reconnect with your inner child, and heal the wounds that may be holding you back.

My goal is to offer a therapeutic space rooted in trust, respect, and deep validation. Within that space, we’ll explore nuanced pathways toward healing, develop personalized coping strategies, and build emotional regulation skills that support lasting well-being.

You might consider therapy if you:
Feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally drained
Are navigating a life change or transition
Struggle with relationships, self-esteem, or boundaries
Have experienced trauma, loss, or unresolved pain
Want to explore patterns, behaviors, or beliefs that no longer serve you
Simply desire space to grow, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

Therapy isn’t just for crisis — it’s for anyone who’s curious about living more authentically and intentionally.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been on this path before, you are welcome here. If you’re still unsure, that’s okay. I offer free consultations to help you explore whether this space feels right for you.

My Approach:
My work is insight-driven and trauma-informed. I assist clients in identifying patterns that contribute to distress and help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves through introspection. We explore how reactions in the present might be rooted in the past, and together, reconstruct the inner narratives that fuel self-doubt, shame, or emotional overwhelm.

I focus on reducing hyperarousal, processing trauma, and fostering emotional regulation within your window of tolerance. I integrate a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic practices, and Jungian-informed depth work to help you create long-term emotional stability and resilience.

My clinical focus includes PTSD/C-PTSD (with a specialization in war trauma, including refugees and veterans), personality disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder and other Cluster B types, dissociative disorders, and spiritual trauma stemming from religious or cult-based abuse.

I invite you to reach out. The most valuable investment you can make is in your own healing, growth, and self-understanding.
