Zachary Senesac
Are you a parent seeking help with your child? Are you a teenager/adult struggling with direction in your life? Where ever you are in your life journey, I would be happy to help you find your best path forward. My name is Zachary, and I am a RMHCI in the state of Florida. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Florida and my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Jacksonville University. My previous experience was with a non-profit with a focus on counseling children from elementary through high school.
I use an integrative approach focused primarily on person centered, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy. I believe in finding what works best for you as an individual, and I believe the client/counselor relationship to be among the most important aspects in seeing improvements in one’s mental health.
If you feel like I would be a good fit for you and your therapeutic needs, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
