If you have run into an obstacle in your life, especially one related to frustrating emotions like depression and anxiety, and you don’t know where to start, I am the therapist for you. My goal is to make therapy as simple as possible so we can work together to create the change in your life you want, whether that is to recover from a bout of mental illness or to have a space solely devoted to being heard.

I use the most researched type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavior Therapy, also known as CBT. With CBT, we have a framework to see and change the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are holding you down.

Are you ready to overcome your obstacle? Give me a call or send me an email today to get started with a free 15-minute consultation appointment!
