Zach Flynn-Tanner is a licensed therapist in Colorado (LPC.0019629), who specializes in addiction, trauma, serious mental illness, and anxiety. His typical clients have been adults 18+, and in a variety of settings. Zach’s theoretical orientation is Reality Therapy/Choice Theory which helps empower individuals through CBT, DBT, and Narrative techniques, in order to better understand how the their needs are being met in potentially dysfunctional ways and begin changing them to create better overall quality of life through their choices. Zach has worked in correction settings, inpatient psychiatric settings, and outpatient settings delivering his treatment modality via individual and group settings: general, EOP, IOP, and PHP. Zach got his BA’s in Psychology and Sociology in 2017, and his MA in Forensic Psychology in 2020 and has been in the field practicing since then.
