I understand that the transition to college, figuring out and keeping up with all the things once you get there, and feeling ready for life when you're finished can be super tough! Add in other conditions such as PTSD, grief, depression, social anxiety or generalized anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, relationship issues, questioning gender or sexual identity, or being neurodiverse (ADHD, autism, gifted, etc.), and things can get even more challenging.
