Do you feel stuck, confused, uncertain in this moment of your life? Do you find yourself trying to live up to societal expectations that just don't fit? If so, I invite you to take the first steps of seeking support and invest in your mental well-being. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, generational trauma, family conflict, cultural identity, and life transitions. As your therapist I will meet you where you are by providing an empathic and non-judgemental environment.

As a first generation Latina, seeking support for mental health was considered taboo – It was the typical “fear-based, avoid your feelings, Te voy a dar una razón para que llores” Hispanic home, so I get it! As your therapist, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and individualized services to help you move towards a more fulfilling life.

I am a bilingual therapist, providing therapy in English and Spanish. I welcome individuals and couples of all identities, especially those with marginalized identities, including Latinx, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+
