I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT, relational, and ACT therapies. My goal is to create a supportive environment that encourages self-expression and exploration, enhancing your awareness of yourself, others, and your situation to help you learn from the past, embrace the present, and shape your desired future.
I have experience supporting clients of diverse backgrounds and across the lifespan, addressing concerns such as interpersonal challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, cultural identity, and intimacy or family dynamics. This work has strengthened my compassion, deepened my respect for each individual’s unique story, and enhanced my cultural sensitivity in clinical practice.
