Hi! I'm JoEllen.

I work with adult men who would benefit from additional skills in relationships and help them build healthier, more robust relationships with their partners.

I work with adult women who are finding that family dynamics contribute to stress and discontent and would like to change their role in the patterns; women who are experiencing life transitions (which can define many events); women who are seeking additional support in processing decisions for creating more joy and contentment in their lives.

I went back to school in my early-mid 40s and found that becoming a student again was hard! Lots of student connection and communication things I would do differently if I had a grad school do-over. I'm child-free. I'm an oldest sibling. I am a bio-child to my parents and all but one of my siblings are adoptees.

I strive to show up in life practicing from my values of compassion, gratitude, listening, and respect.

Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for your possible reimbursement.
