Bucks Psychiatry
I am a Yale educated and Harvard trained psychiatrist currently licensed in PA and NJ. My work integrates therapeutic approaches rooted in science with the art of healing. I begin with a thorough assessment (medical, nutritional and psychosocial), and work hard to tailor treatment to you needs. Our work may entail talk therapy, skills coaching, meditation and mindfulness exercises, and if indicated, medication treatment. When medications are used, I work diligently to minimize side effects and monitor potential interactions.
Are you stuck in a cycle of anxious avoidance, procrastination, guilt and low self esteem? Are you weighed down by your past? Do you live with constant anxiety and obsess over your own health despite reassuring test results? Are you plagued by irrational beliefs and fears? These are some of the issues I help my patients overcome.
I am passionate about what I do and truly enjoy understanding and connecting with people. Hearing patients' stories, seeing their struggles as well as strength and resilience has kept me humble, and given me the fuel to keep doing my best. Please reach out to me if you think I could help you in your journey.
