Yellowbrick works with adolescents & emerging adults who have become stalled in their development. We have worked effectively with a broad range of diagnosis given our developmental focus. For those emerging adults who can no longer safely or effectively live on a campus, at home with parents or in their own apartment, we provide a residential platform of apartments with skilled staff support. For individuals with “Extreme Experiences”, Yellowbrick provides an extensive array of home health and community integration services in concert with neuro-modulation interventions noted below.

Yellowbrick’s Minding the Brain PHP/IOP is organized around the developmental emotional needs and maturing brain systems of emerging adults. MTB is an intensive in-depth individual and group psychotherapy program for those in The Residence or as a day program for outpatients. MTB focuses on the clinical dimensions of access to emotional experience, self-regulation and the process of establishing and sustaining adaptive attachments. There are also late afternoon specialty services for trauma recovery, addictions and those with a troubled relationship to their body. Reengaging with career and education while in treatment is crucial to re-establish traction with aims and ambitions and support developing competence. Expert assistance for those with learning and executive function impairments is available.

Yellowbrick's partnership with Synchrony Brain health provides neuro-modulation services such as pharmaco-genomically informed collaborative psychopharmacology, neurofeedback, deep TMS, DTCS, cognitive and executive function enhancement, yoga and therapeutic body work, and CBT in support of brain hygiene, wellness and sleep.

We work with families to enable them to support emerging adults’ connected autonomy, to gain their support for agency and empowerment of the emerging adult and establishing effective communication.

Yellowbrick's model includes senior , expert, fulltime clinicians providing professional services.
