In-person Christian counseling for clients ages 16-22 years-old:

Have you experienced something that has left you feeling distressed, confused, and worried that you will never be able to regain your peace, passion, and confidence? Because of this, it’s difficult to focus and enjoy things that used to matter to you, like your friendships, school, hobbies, or maybe even your spiritual life. As much as you wish you were a part of a social setting, you overthink and believe that everyone is judging you. Disconnecting feels safer, but it is not fulfilling. This makes you feel alone, unimportant, and forgotten. You feel hopeless, and yet you want to believe that there is a unique purpose for your life, and that there is still a God who is in control.

Key Insight Counseling, LLC integrates clinical knowledge with Biblical based principles in order to break the cycle of depression, anxiety, and trauma at the root. By incorporating neurobiological treatments such as EMDR and Brainspotting, the brain and body are activated to process traumatic experiences, fears and insecurities at an accelerated rate. Learn how the three parts of a person work together to live and interact with God and our environment (Hebrews 4:12; 1 Thessalonians 5:23). Due to the current limited availability of counselors who are able to see clients in-person, Key Insight Counseling, LLC is determined to meet the needs of such clients specifically seeking in-office services, as long as COVID-19 safety precautions are followed.
