My clients are those who need a safe, affirming, nonjudgmental space to cope, heal, explore, be curious, and connect to all the parts of themselves that have yet to experience caring, loving, and playful connections to themselves and others.
Therapy is a collaborative space where the clinician and the client are part of a mutual process where safety, transparency, consent, and respect are essential. As a therapist, I meet clients where they are, move at the client's pace, and, most importantly, stay with them in this process. Therapy can be daunting and exhausting; it can also be fun and filled with laughter and joy. As the client, you are affirmed in what you can put in and how you show up because reaching out and showing up is a considerable feat. Whenever you are ready, I'll be here.
