Yarely specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with life transitions, mood disorders, perfectionism, trauma, and anxiety. She has additionally completed training to implement EFT, IFS, and other trauma informed approaches to guide her treatment with clients healing from intimate partner violence, relationship trauma, abuse, and other adverse childhood experiences. Yarely further incorporates evidence-based techniques such as CBT and DBT to equip clients with effective strategies for meaningful change.

Yarely is bi-lingual and available to provide services in both English and Spanish, providing a welcoming space for clients to engage in therapy that resonates with their cultural identities.

As a first-generation Latina, Yarely is deeply committed to supporting and empowering Latinx individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Her personal experiences and cultural background inform her approach, allowing Yarely to offer a unique perspective and a genuine understanding of the challenges and strengths that come with navigating life within the Latino community. Yarely’s goal is to validate and honor the unique experience of those who have often gone through life unseen, unheard or afraid of speaking up. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, she helps her clients explore their identities, values, and goals, to recognize their strengths and potential. Yarely’s approach supports clients in breaking free from societal expectations and internalized stigma, guiding them towards a more fulfilling, empowered, and authentic life.

Yarely attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology for her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from North Central College. During her free time you can find Yarely going on runs, spending time with friends or her cat, and exploring the city.
