Finding your way through life's challenges can be difficult—especially when balancing cultural expectations, relationships, and personal identity. Whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, therapy can help you gain clarity and feel more confident in yourself.

I specialize in working with first- and second-generation immigrants, international students, young adults, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relationship issues, or the lasting effects of trauma. If you've ever felt caught between cultures, uncertain about who you are, or weighed down by expectations, you're not alone. Together, we can explore these feelings in a way that makes sense to you so you can develop a stronger sense of self and build the life you want.

For couples, I provide support with conflict resolution, communication, intimacy concerns, infidelity, and major transitions like becoming new parents or considering separation. Relationships take work, but with the right tools and understanding, they can also be a source of strength and connection.

I use a mix of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), tailoring my approach to fit your needs. As a bilingual therapist (Mandarin/English), I also offer culturally responsive care, creating a space where you can bring your full self—your background, your values, and your experiences—without fear of judgment.

Therapy is about more than just coping; it's about growth, healing, and finding meaning. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Let's start this process together.
