I am a master's-level clinician with a Master's of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor with a strong background and experience working with adolescents, families, and students in school-based settings. My professional journey has been deeply rooted in a passion for guiding individuals toward personal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Driven by a lifelong passion for helping individuals—especially adolescents and young adults—navigate life’s challenges, I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their identities, embrace their strengths, and grow into the best version of themselves. Over the years, I have supported adolescents and families through various challenges, helping them build resilience, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies.
