I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been working in the mental health field since 2007. I believe success in therapy begins with a supportive, non-judgemental environment and believe that you have the ultimate agency needed to determine the most authentic path for yourself. I work with individuals who need support with life transitions, low self esteem, anxiety and mood disorders.

I see myself as a guide in your process and bring a range of techniques to of approaches to our sessions including person centered, strength based, mindfulness and cognitive treatment. I also have a degree in Expresive Arts Therapy and can incorporate said interventions into sessions if desired.

I know that it can be difficult to reach out and ask for help. I am happy to work with you around goals that best meet your needs.
