This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Counselors
- Licensed Professional Counselors
Counseling and therapy for diverse and multicultural women struggling with anxiety, depression, dysphoria, trauma and stressors, relationship and family issues, life transitions, child and teen stress or behavioral challenges, and other specialty issues. We use evidence-based therapies (EBTs) that improve mental health and well-being. As a teaching practice, we provide site supervision for graduate and doctoral students and clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians.
In-office/in-person and telehealth/virtual appointments.
Serving adolescents/teens, children, young adults, adults, couples, marriages, and families.
Offering conjoint, group, and individual sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
Specialized counseling for veterans and Hispanic/Latino/Spanish-speaking communities (we are veterans and bilingual: English/Spanish).
Affirming counseling for asexual, cisgender, intersex, LGBQ2S+, man/masculine-identifying, nonbinary, transgender, and woman/feminine-identifying clients (we have lived experience).
