Navigating life changes, managing stress, or adjusting to a new culture can bring up complicated emotions. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can provide the guidance and support you need to feel more in control and at peace with yourself.

As a bilingual (Mandarin) licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Doctor of Social Work from Adelphi University, I specialize in working with individuals who are managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the challenges of cultural adjustment. Whether you’re a student far from home, balancing academic pressures, or struggling with identity and belonging, I provide a supportive space where you can process your experiences and develop strategies to move forward.

Having worked in a community health center supporting immigrant families, I understand the unique pressures that come with adapting to a new environment. Together, we can explore how your background, experiences, and emotions shape your current challenges and find practical ways to create balance and confidence in your life.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients develop self-awareness, manage stress, and build emotional resilience. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you understand yourself better so you can navigate life with greater ease.

You deserve support that respects your experiences and helps you feel seen and understood. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help.
