Wyllpen Wellness Collective
College life is exciting - but it can also feel overwhelming. Between academics, athletics, social pressures, career planning, and navigating independence, it’s easy to feel anxious, stressed, or unsure of yourself. I work with college students who are ready to take control of their mental health, build resilience, and feel more confident in their daily lives.
I specialize in supporting students who experience anxiety, depression, stress, and challenges related to self-esteem, motivation, or life transitions. I also work with students navigating substance use or patterns that feel out of control. Many of the students I see are high achievers who feel pressure to “do it all” or struggle with perfectionism.
In therapy, my approach is practical, collaborative, and personalized. We focus on building skills to manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, and create routines that help you thrive academically, socially, and personally. Together, we explore what matters most to you and how to make choices that align with your goals and values.
If you’re looking for a space where you can be honest, be seen, and learn strategies that actually work in the context of student life, I’d love to support you.
