I’m Erin Roepcke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and relationship therapist dedicated to helping people break out of painful patterns and strengthen the way they connect—with themselves and others. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and collaborative approaches. Using methods such as EMDR, somatic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, I help clients build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthier relational dynamics.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported clients in many seasons of life and bring curiosity, empathy, and perspective to each session. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded space where you can explore your experiences, understand what’s driving your reactions, and make meaningful, lasting change.
