We offer Therapy & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Informed Skills classes. Therapy can feel vulnerable, and we are here to help you explore your feelings & thoughts in a safe and nonjudgmental space. DBT Skills Coaching will assist you with being more present in your life, learn how to balance emotions, effectively manage a crisis & strengthen your relationships. We combine teaching & application of the core skills in DBT; Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance & Interpersonal Effectiveness tailored to your needs.
We provide individual counseling & couples counseling. In addition, we also provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Coaching individually & in group sessions. We are passionate about helping people in the community achieve balance & create a life that feels good to live in! We want to provide these services to you because we have seen them work for so many, including ourselves.
