These inevitable experiences can be exacerbated by mental and emotional challenges, substance use, trauma, and additional life stressors of school and family life. I help people navigate how to manage it all. Utilizing mind and body based approaches, I will help you learn what it is you need to find healing, balance, and ease through it all.
