My practice focuses on your uniqueness, with personalized treatment that meets your individual physical, mental and spiritual needs. Your treatment approach will be a patient-centered collaboration, beginning with a thorough evaluation followed by a jointly-designed plan of action. While medication may be a component of treatment, I also incorporate alternative approaches that reflect your personal environment, including life-style, support systems, nutrition, physical activity, social connectedness, trauma history, and financial considerations.
I earned both a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed by the State of Colorado. Since 2006, I have worked with clients in multiple settings, including outpatient and inpatient psychiatric facilities, as well as family primary care.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, medical conditions that cause or aggravate mental health symptoms, life adjustments/transitions, and seasonal affective disorder. Every client has unique needs and experiences. My practice is focused on you to discover the best way to help.
