Willow Tree Wellness
I enjoy working with clients who have experienced trauma as they begin navigating reprocessing of those trigger points. I also enjoy working with clients who identify as, or have been diagnosed, neurodivergent as they learn to be authentic to themselves and to navigate the world around them. I hold a special place for grief clients as they navigate their new lives without their loved one. I am open and affirming to all gender identities, sexual orientations, lifestyle choices and more. I am excited to work with people who are ready to begin walking their healing journey.
I have experience in trauma-informed practices such as DBT and IFS. I have trainings in specialized trauma interventions such as the Flash Technique and Return to Zero. I am seeking training in EMDR and will be able to offer that service within the year. I also have a background in education as well as lived experience with neurodivergence.
I am dedicated to my clients and their healing journey. My learning path and the continued education opportunities I seek are directly impacted by the clients who sit in front of me. I vow that if I do not readily have the tools, I will work to develop them in order to best meet your individual needs.
