Hello,
We are a group of like minded mental health counselors trained in EMDR who believe in walking along side our clients in a journey of deep dive healing. We use an eclectic approach to counseling but we are all trained in EMDR and approach current symptoms from an attachment/relational and trauma-informed lens.
