Connection is key. Feeling disconnected from your partner, friends, family, community, goals or your identity leaves you feeling lonely, unfulfilled, and ashamed. It stops you from living the life you deserve.

There are many obstacles to connection, from trauma to communication issues to a lack of purpose. I want to help you overcome your obstacles, to help you make the connection between where you are now and where you want to be.

My approach is rooted in a compassionate understanding that people are shaped by their relationships and the world around them.

I work with young adults to provide a warm, healing connection as they start their journey of self-discovery. I work with romantic partners because a positive connection with those closest to us cultivates growth for everyone involved.

My approach is based on research and tailored to each person. That means that while I’ve spent years training to help you, you are the expert in your life and your relationship. You know what works best for you. I’m here to create a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where you can heal and grow through connection.
