Wildflower Wellness utilizes techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, humanistic therapy, internal family systems, expressive arts modalities, and many others. We take a dynamic, strengths based, and humanistic approach to treating mental health to meet the client where they are.
Our world is full of difficult challenges that can feel overwhelming. Challenges can be opportunities for growth and positive change with support and resources.
