As Founder of Wild Rivers Counseling, I am dedicated to illuminating the path to hope and joy for others. With a rich tapestry of experience working with young adults and adults, I believe that even in the darkest moments, the sun will always rise. Utilizing a client-centered approach, I skillfully weave together a variety of modalities from nature/based therapy, CBT, DBT, Expressive Arts, Somatic Awareness, Attachment, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to create a personalized healing journey. Along with this, I have extensive experiencing working with Neurodiverse students, to include those with learning disabilities, ADHD, and/or ASD. I am also a Second Wind Provider, serving youth up to 19 years old who are at risk and lack adequate insurance for necessary mental health treatment with 12 free sessions Reach out if you need assistance with accessing this program.
