Wholehearted Counseling
There is nothing too embarrassing, too messy, too overwhelming, or too hard to bring to counseling.
I work with adults who are carrying a lot, whether that's managing the stress of school or work, navigating relationships, facing grief or disappointment, questioning faith, or trying to make sense of a season of life that feels different than expected. Sometimes we lose sight of who we are beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and pressure to have everything figured out.
I offer a warm, supportive space where we'll explore your experiences together, better understand what you're carrying, and move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I help adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and questions of identity, faith, or purpose. Because many of life's greatest joys and deepest pain happen within our relationships—with others and with ourselves—I believe difficult experiences can become opportunities for greater self-understanding, healing, and lasting change.
I believe every part of your story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. Beginning counseling isn't always easy, especially if you're used to carrying things on your own. Together, we'll begin asking the questions that help you better understand yourself and move toward a life that feels more connected to who you are.
