My name is Alison Varianides and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Westchester Psychotherapy PC which has 21 therapists at the practice. Chances are we will be able to find you the right one for you!

Westchester Psychotherapy PC is a Private Group Practice specializing in the treatment of children and adolescents (5 and up), adults, couples and families. The specialized practitioners of Westchester Psychotherapy are highly trained and experienced and work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues in a relaxed and comfortable setting. We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to include Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Supportive and Eclectic.
