We are a Group Mental Health Practice striving to close the gap between Mental and Physical Health. We take a Whole Person Approach to all of our clients. Striving to recognize and work with all the complex systems that impact an individual. We acknowledge the importance of the mind, body, and spirit connection, and work to integrate alternative Wellness Services into our Mental Health therapy practice.
