Wellness Mindset was formed by two experienced mental health clinicians, with a lived experience of addiction and mental illness, to increase access to mental health services in the area.
Our mission is to provide trauma informed, culturally competent therapeutic interventions to all populations, and to address numerous mental health conditions, through the implementation of multiple treatment modalities in an individualized treatment planning process.
