Many folks come to me with various pesky symptoms that have manifested & are being expressed in damaging ways. Some of those symptoms include & are not limited to overactivated nervous systems, self-deprecation, interpersonal/relational challenges, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, & impulsivity. Our work together will include digging underneath the accumulated soil & sediment to recognize the roots of adverse experiences we may have had as children & adolescents. Learning how certain experiences/memories can effect our current & future functioning & how to release & reset to develop into the best version of ourselves more of the time can be some fun stuff!
