Therapy for College Life (and Everything That Comes With It)
College is supposed to be “the best years of your life,” right? But between family drama, low self-confidence, anxiety, and trying to figure out your next steps, it can feel like way too much.
I work with students who are dealing with complicated family relationships, stress from big life changes, and the pressure to “have it all together.” My style is real, down-to-earth, and judgment-free. This is your space to talk openly about what’s going on—no need to filter or pretend.
We’ll figure out what’s getting in your way, build tools to manage stress and anxiety, and work on growing the self-esteem you deserve. College is hard enough—you don’t have to do it alone.
