Dr. V is a Harvard trained psychologist with over 25 years experience. She works with individuals that want to improve their mood and their life. She uses evidence based practices including compassion based CBT, ACT, DBT, movement and mind-body work practices to help you find strategies that work for you. She offers workshops, groups as well as individual, couple and family work.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
