I have an eclectic, person centered, trauma informed approach that draws from Cognitive & Dialectical Behavioral, and psychodynamic therapy traditions. I partner with clients to navigate a broad spectrum of challenges, such as struggling with family relationships, school, work, and even those who aren’t quite sure what is off, and customize the therapy to their individual journeys. Together, we will navigate the complexities of life, offering a space for validation, and growth.
