Vermont Wellness Collaborative

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated 26 days ago

My name is Vie (Vee) and I identify as white and Cuban, transgender and queer, neurodivergent,
and able-bodied. I graduated from the University of Vermont in May 2025 with an M.S. in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m thrilled to begin seeing clients in June at Vermont
Wellness Collaborative as a Pre-licensed Counselor working toward licensure in Vermont.

Life can be difficult, and often complicated by old patterns and narratives that no longer serve us
- contributing to how we see ourselves and how we navigate relationships. Therapy can be a
space to feel empowered in rewriting these narratives, and create positive change in our lives. I
enjoy helping people understand and connect with their emotions, build self-trust and authenticity, set healthy boundaries, and discover what brings balance and fulfillment to their lives. I believe the answers often lie within - my role is to help you access them by creating a safe, supportive space to explore your unique path to healing.

My experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life
transitions, identity exploration (gender, sexuality, race, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, intersectionality), relationship challenges, setting boundaries, and the impacts of systemic oppression.

I provide individual therapy for adults (18+), as well as relationship counseling for couples, polyamorous partnerships, and diverse relationship structures. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and rooted in relational, trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based care. I draw from Feminist, Psychodynamic, Narrative, IFS, EFT, Expressive Arts, and Somatic therapies, all within a culturally competent, affirming framework.
