I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist with experience working with children, teens, and young adults. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care, which means I meet you where you are and create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore our thoughts and feelings at our own pace.

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, family dynamics, and trauma. Whether you’re navigating the unique hurdles of adolescence, young adulthood, or processing past experiences, I’m here to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you along your journey.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable and supported. With that in mind, I bring a blend of warmth, empathy, and humor to our sessions
