I have a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston University. My clinical experience includes research in addiction treatment, work in residential treatment settings, and supporting individuals across the lifespan, including veterans, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing significant life changes.
I specialize in working with young adults in their 20s and 30s who are adjusting to life changes, processing difficult emotions, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re dealing with uncertainty about your future, challenges in your relationships, or patterns of behavior that no longer serve you, we’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and how to move forward.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with substance use concerns, including those questioning their relationship with alcohol or drugs, working toward recovery, or managing relapse. I also work with individuals navigating relationship issues, helping them develop healthier communication and deeper connections.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, integrating parts work when helpful. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not a clinical interrogation—and I incorporate humor when appropriate. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you build insight and access the skills you need to create meaningful change. If you're ready to start feeling better, I’m here to help.
