Victoria Gonzalez
I am a down to earth therapist and I create a warm, safe and accepting environment that allows you to show up exactly as you are. When working with me, you can expect to feel supported, empowered and at times even challenged to increase personal awareness and introspection to create meaningful change in your life.
I would love to be a part of your life journey and help you understand yourself and the barriers you encounter in creating a life that is authentic, meaningful and in line with your personal values. I know reaching out for help is hard, especially if you are used to being independent, but sometimes an outside perspective is exactly we need.
I primarily work with open-minded, growth-oriented young adults and adults who are experiencing concerns related to life transitions, identity growth and exploration, adjustment difficulties, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal concerns.
