As a therapist, I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges, express your concerns, and build resilience. With experience supporting individuals through crisis, telehealth, and culturally responsive care, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and respected in therapy. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, dealing with grief, or addressing relationship conflicts, my goal is to meet you where you are and work with you to develop practical tools to move forward.

I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of people, including minors, young adults, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. From my time as a Crisis Counselor with the Crisis Text Line to supporting employees and students through the Workplace Options Employee Assistance Program, I've gained invaluable insights into the unique needs of those seeking mental health care. I'm passionate about breaking down barriers to mental health services, and telehealth has allowed me to connect with individuals who may otherwise have felt disconnected from care.

The issues I specialize in include anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, LGBTQIA+ support, grief, and stress management. I've also worked extensively with clients on safety planning for issues like suicidal ideation, substance misuse, intimate partner violence, and more. I know each person's journey is unique, and I approach therapy with an open, person-centered mindset. My goal is to tailor our work together to address your specific needs and help you develop the skills and strategies that best support your well-being.

I use a combination of evidence-based methods, including CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, among others. By blending these approaches, I can help you move toward your goals in a way that feels right for you. Whether you're looking for short-term support or ongoing therapy, I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and empower you to heal.

As a second-generation immigrant Latina, my commitment to serving underrepresented communities is at the heart of my practice. I specialize in culturally responsive care and understand the importance of feeling comfortable and validated in your therapy experience. I'm proud to have completed the Latina/o/x Initiative for Service, Training, and Assessment (LISTA) Certificate at Rutgers, which helped deepen my skills in supporting the Latinx community. I strive to bring cultural sensitivity and respect into every session, ensuring you feel truly supported.

Ultimately, I focus on helping you reconnect with your sense of self and find the strength and clarity you need to move forward. I'm here to support you as you work through life's challenges and cultivate a healthier, more balanced life.
