I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. My experience spans hospitals, community clinics, and telehealth settings, where I have had the privilege of supporting clients on their journey toward healing and growth.

My passion lies in helping individuals transform suffering into resilience and fulfillment. I strive to create a safe, empowering space where clients can openly explore their challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in treating a wide range of anxiety disorders and excel in helping clients cultivate balance in their personal and professional lives. Using tailored therapeutic techniques, I support individuals in managing stress, reducing anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, and building sustainable habits that enhance overall well-being. I work with adults and have experience treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and personality disorders.

I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective approach for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. By integrating EMDR with other evidence-based techniques, I help clients achieve meaningful behavioral change.

My approach is eclectic and client-centered, rooted in understanding each person’s unique experiences, fostering trust and rapport, and collaboratively developing solutions. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and other modalities to support clients in reaching their goals.
