As a psychiatrist I am aware of the many pressures, stressors and adjustments that can come with being a student. I enjoy helping others navigate through challenging situations and to help people develop skills they can use on their own in the future when needed. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship issues or school stress I'd work with you to help find the best plan to get you to a better place. Therapy is key to processing events and learning coping skills, and occasionally medication may be added as part of getting you to feel better.
