You might look like you’re functioning on the outside — but inside, it feels like you’re just trying to hold it all together. You may find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or constantly distracting yourself just to get through the day. If you’re struggling with anxiety, the weight of past trauma, or feeling stuck in a difficult season of life, you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re in your 20s figuring out who you are or later in life facing new chapters, therapy can help you feel less stuck and more connected to what matters to you.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a practical and powerful approach that helps you stop fighting your internal experience and start building a life that feels more aligned, even in the presence of pain. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, grief, low mood, self-doubt, trauma, and big life transitions.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're getting back into it, I'm glad that you are prioritizing your wellbeing. I offer a free 15 min phone consultation where I can answer any questions and we can determine if we're a good fit to work together. I look forward to connecting!
