Or are you an individual looking to address life, relationship, or other stressors that are having an impact on your present moment experience (i.e., sport, academic, or work)? I specialize in working with college students and athletes that may be experiencing these challenges or performance related issues. My approach is personalized tailored to an individual's needs in a warm and supportive atmosphere.
I am down to earth and direct, yet compassionate, empathetic, and caring. I will work with you in a way that builds on your strengths and potential, as well as challenges you to work towards your goals. I strive to understand the special needs of each individual in order to enhance one's growth and development, reach one's goals, and live a more meaningful life, while embracing a multicultural sensitive atmosphere.
