“One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” Abraham Maslow

Perhaps you're feeling down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, aren't satisfied with how you're managing stressors, feeling burned out or depleted, or feel worn out by past experiences and difficult to bear emotions. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support and guidance from a well versed, compassionate and non-judgmental perspective.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions I promote improved awareness of the processes that lead to a sense of feeling stuck, skills to meaningfully improve your relationships, and transformation in the way you think and respond to your experiences.

You will find a strong focus on restorative techniques used to soothe the nervous system. Teaching the skills necessary to calm our physiological as well as our cognitive responses lead to the most balanced outcomes and meaningful change.
