Your overall well-being is important to having a meaningful life. Having someone who understands that should be important to you. I have over 15 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents and families. I understand there are many variables that impact a persons life causing depression, anxiety and stress. Working through those issues will need to occur in order for you to have greater functioning.

I have experience as a career counselor and through that experience I learned that there are many stressors college student experience as they take one of the biggest steps in their lives. I understand how the family dynamic, expectations and pressures impact a students overall academic experience.

I have experience in trauma focused therapy. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have experience in TARGET, EMDR, and PCT treatment modalities. I utilize some skills from DBT in the work that I do.

Working with the entire family is what I love to do. I believe some issues can be resolved when the family is present. I really love working with the young adult population. I see young adult as a population in transition without a voice. They simply stop talking; but, they have a lot to say and just simply need the space to do so. I can provide that space.
